Sergio Lai, CEO
Sergio is an executive with a significant experience in strategy and innovation within the Healthcare sector. He held senior leadership roles in J&J, Novo Nordisk, SOBI and startups, with a strong focus on launching innovative products across diverse Therapeutic areas. Sergio possesses established experience in the field of immunology.
Claus Schalper, CFO
Claus is a serial biotech entrepreneur with more than 20 years experience. He cofounded Pieris Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: PIRS), serving as CFO through its US listing and maturation. Claus is responsible for finances at XL-protein and PASylanta Therapeutics.
Michaela Gebauer, CSO
Michaela is a biochemist with more than 15 years in drug discovery and development, specializing in protein biochemistry. With a PhD in protein engineering from TU Munich and industry experience from Boehringer Ingelheim and XL-protein, she leads PASylANTA's scientific innovation.

Scientific Advisor
Prof. Arne Skerra
Dr. Arne Skerra is Full Professor at the Technical University of Munich and a leading expert in therapeutic protein design. Beside PASylation®, he invented several other commercially successful technologies, such as bacterially produced antibody fragments, Anticalins® and the Strep-tag®.
